I’ve had outer canthoplasty before, so under-eye fat repositioning was possible as a revision surgery. They said it should be done together with lateral canthal fixation to avoid the outer corner turning outward or sagging, so I had both done. The lateral canthus was included as revision surgery too, so it was 2.49 million. I wanted lower blepharoplasty because of the Supra lifting and midface lifting, but they said my age and sagging meant I didn’t need lower blepharoplasty and recommended under-eye fat repositioning instead, so I went with that. I still don’t know the shape yet because I’m swollen.
