The doctor was kind, and the manager was kind too. It was maybe 1 year or 2 years? I don’t remember well. I had a back-and-side widening surgery, but at first it became uneven, then it did return somewhat, but there was a scar left behind (not a straight line, just something like a dot sticking out..).. now it seems to have returned quite a bit. During the consultation, they explained that there was a certain percentage chance it could return, but.. also, when I tried to make a follow-up reservation for post-op care and management, there were so many people that I had to wait forever, and only when I asked did they tell me to go home and reserve by phone, but I forgot and didn’t. Anyway, the aftercare is not great.
