They didn't really listen to what I said. I don't know about during the consultation, but at the final consultation right before surgery they checked everything on their own and were busy. The surgery was at 10, but the doctor was late and the consultation started around 10:15. It felt like they were rushing too much, which was disappointing. The staff and the manager smiled and were kind, which I liked. I won't know until the swelling goes down, but my satisfaction with the surgery isn't that high.
