Even during the consultation I felt they were rude, and from the day of surgery through aftercare they were all awful. Especially the operating room nurse, with her irritated tone. The hospital has a lot of stairs and is narrow, so I do not recommend surgery there for elderly people. It is not the kind of place that kindly guides you down the stairs. And if you look at the reviews, the lines are all seriously the same..
