I had lower eye fat repositioning for a man. It's been about half a year since the under-eye procedure, and although there is definitely no fat under the eyes when taking photos, you have to keep in mind that wrinkles that weren't there before can appear because of the fat that had been accumulated under the eyes. After surgery, the area where the fat was removed and under my eyes hurt, but I have no regrets.
