The consultation with the director was a bit short, but he had a style that made me trust him. Since it’s a one-doctor clinic, it seemed hard to have a long consultation, but he explained my questions kindly and step by step. But the manager was terrible. She was an older woman and it felt like she was pushing and pressuring me so hard. She kept asking when I planned to have the surgery, and when I answered that if I did it, I’d try to do it as soon as possible, she cut me off mid-sentence and went cold, saying she didn’t want patients saying “if.” lol So bad~
