First of all, the facilities feel like a neighborhood ENT clinic. It wasn’t the vibe I had expected, but honestly the facilities don’t matter that much! The consultation manager seemed to express her own opinion quite a lot. She did say to do it on the reservation day, but it wasn’t really uncomfortable. The doctor only said the things he needed to say, and it felt like the consultation ended. It was decent.
