The consultation manager was a bit blunt? Kind of chic and doesn't say much But the doctor explained things kindly and spoke in an easy-to-understand way The waiting time was long and there were a lot of other patients on the day I went I think the doctor is more important than the consultation manager, so I was able to have a comfortable consultation
