From what I saw in other posts, people said the director was busy and rushed through, but during my consultation the director was seriously super kind. Even when I acted clueless, they answered me really well, and even if I forgot a question and asked again, they didn't make me feel awkward,,; Also, I liked that there wasn't any feeling of seeing patients as money. If I said I wanted to do this and that, they would say this is possible and that isn't, and they explained why they didn't recommend certain things too, so the consultation took quite a long time. I'm just grateful.. I'm planning to think a bit more about what surgeries to get and then make a reservation.
