I just walked in without an appointment and got turned away because they said consultations and surgeries were already full that day, so I was annoyed and came back two days later with an appointment. The consultation was okay; the explanation was insanely detailed. I put down a deposit, set a surgery date, and left. I feel relieved and nervous and worried, but ever since I was young I've been told my eyes look fierce, like I might be angry, so I hope the surgery goes well.
