The clinic facilities were clean and comfortable overall. The consultation was much more detailed and professional than expected. Rather than simply recommending a treatment, they first checked my current condition and calmly explained why the treatment was suitable for my case and how it would be performed. When I asked about things I was curious about, they answered each one in detail instead of brushing them aside, which I liked. Most of all, I liked that they did not push excessive treatments. It felt as though they distinguished between what was necessary and what did not need to be done. I was told that the treatment would use Endotine rather than a thread-fixation method, but I do not think I heard any particular advantages of Endotine. I also heard that some staff members had actually received treatment directly from the doctor, which increased my trust.
