This is my review after getting a facelift because my cheeks sagged a few years after contouring surgery. When I had contouring in my early 30s, I was satisfied because the line was good, but as time passed, the cheek flesh started sagging without strength, and the area around my mouthㅡㅡ I also tried threads and laser, but it only lasted a moment. I only properly learned here that a face that has had contouring has weaker support because bone was shaved away, so sagging comes earlier. When I had contouring, the clinic never said anything like that, so I felt a bit blindsided.. During the consultation, they checked by pressing on the elasticity and skin thickness, and said that for contouring cases, pulling too hard can actually make you look hollow, so controlling the tension is the key to everything. That somehow made me trust them, so I got it done here. Right after surgery, it was tight and swollen so I wondered if this was right, but once it settled, I could clearly feel that the nasolabial area and cheek sagging had lifted a lot. Now, when I smile, my cheeks no longer sag like before, and the line is alive. The scar is behind the ear, so if I let my hair down it doesn't show.
