The tip of my nose has gradually become more upturned and hard, so I think it may be capsular contracture and I am currently consulting about revision surgery. I wondered whether it would be okay to use silicone again, but they said that in my case it would be safer to avoid it if possible. They explained that simply removing the silicone could cause a major change in shape, so they suggested reshaping the tip. Since it was possible, they also tried to listen to all my opinions as much as possible, so I felt comfortable asking various questions.
