I went because I liked the photo reviews, but they were pushing same-day booking way too hard.. The director's consultation was maybe 3 minutes.. He just told me to ask whatever I was curious about, adjusted the line twice, and that was it.. Then during the consultation with the manager, they pushed so hard for a same-day booking that I don't think I'll have surgery here.
