I went for a consultation and there was a bit of a wait. Maybe I waited about an hour? They took photos first, and after waiting a bit I went in to consult with the manager. What was unusual was that the manager first designed the line and talked with me while looking at the photos.. Then the doctor came in, redesigned the line, and explained everything in detail.. They were kind, which I liked. But there was pressure to book on the same day
