First of all, the manager was unbelievably kind. She explained everything so gently that I felt at ease. The head doctor was confident too, set the line neatly, and did not recommend any procedures that weren’t necessary. He answered my questions well. I didn’t wait long for the consultation either. I think I saw the doctor within 10 minutes.
