I had epicanthoplasty, eye correction, and double eyelid surgery for the eyes, and septum, silicone, and ear cartilage for the nose. The eyes are natural overall and I like them, but the nose does not look natural and feels high to me. The friendliness felt similar to what I saw in other reviews.
