They seemed busy because there were a lot of people, but somehow that made me trust them more. The consultation was detailed. They also recommended epicanthoplasty and got my appointment scheduled quickly. Overall, it felt just so-so, but it was also a bit hard to get a reservation, so it felt like things needed to be coordinated.
