Um... I had cheekbone surgery here before. It seems like they did it safely, but the effect is almost... the side cheekbones seem like 0... The 45-degree angle was reduced well. I’m not sure yet about cheek sagging, but I do not recommend it for the side cheekbones... If you want the 45-degree angle reduced, then I recommend it.
