I found out about this while looking into contouring, so I went for a consultation. I didn't really know what to ask or what to listen for during the consultation, so I went without thinking, but instead they kept asking me all kinds of questions and talking the whole time. And I was stupidly thinking that the director is the one who performs the surgery, but the manager was the one drawing out the questions?? I actually talked with the manager longer. I'm going again for another consultation this time I'll write down a few questions and go!
