The manager just feels like she's trying to act like a chic older sister. I only saw her once after the consultation and surgery. I'm happy with the surgery, and the nurses were all nice, but the consultation manager and the other consultation-related staff were not great. There was no real aftercare, and they didn't pay much attention to me... but since the surgery turned out well, I'm satisfied for now.
