They induce you to place a deposit and say they'll refund 90% later. When you get the deposit refunded, this hospital charges consultation fees, CT fees, and even card processing fees.. There's no such thing as a free lunch. A doctor called SJS came into the consultation two hours late because of surgery and didn't say a single word of apology.
