The manager in charge quit, so they changed to another manager. So until the surgery I couldn't properly get in touch either. After surgery, when I asked unfavorable questions, they'd reply on KakaoTalk only after several days or just ignore me. When I went to the clinic and talked about it, each manager said something different. The surgery result is... exactly what you'd expect. What final boss.
