For now, the functionality I wanted wasn't possible so I didn't have surgery.. The doctor I consulted with is the "eye-and-nose final boss" on another forum. He's been mentioned a lot as a final boss for eyes, but I'm not sure how famous he is for noses. The waiting time wasn't bad, which was nice, but I put down a deposit because I got tempted by something else, and lately I keep seeing a lot of complication posts about that clinic
