I had a procedure done in 2015. I didn't get the impression that they were unfriendly. However, I went with my boyfriend, and the lady who was consulting me said, when I was worrying about the price, "Your boyfriend can pay for it!! He'll cover it, right?" (Of course, I paid with my own money.) It felt a bit... off for both of us. The director seemed busy, so I couldn't ask many questions, just things like the height of the double eyelid line, whether I needed front canthoplasty, and so on. (They said I didn't need front canthoplasty, so I didn't get it.) Maybe because I was nervous, I felt pain during the surgery, but they gave anesthesia again properly, and both the director and the nurse kept checking often to make sure I was in pain or not. The swelling went down quickly.:)
