Review

There was a bit of a wait. I was waiting to consult with the manager and then see the director, but there was a patient coming in to check their surgical progress, so I had to wait a bit while they saw that person first.. Still, I was thankful that the director and the manager were kind during the consultation. I was especially grateful that the manager spoke in a way that made it sound like they were worried about me, drawing on their own experience.
