I got this consultation from my younger sibling’s recommendation.. I have a high bulbous nose, and I wanted to use no implant without making a big change in height, so I came here for a consultation. They explained that using postauricular fascia + ear cartilage could soften the bulbous nose in a natural way, which drew me in. Also, four other places recommended lateral-incision alar reduction, but only here did they say that if done laterally it would look unnatural, so they recommended the medial approach. They also recommended osteotomy, but said that was optional. They said if I do it, the frontal effect would be better.. There was no CT scan separately, and the director drew pictures and explained while touching my nose. If I asked questions, they answered well, and the consultation manager was also kind.
