The philtrum is not bad, but there is some scar left. If your philtrum is a complex and it's really long, I recommend it. If it's an average length, I don't recommend it. It's fine if you don't care about scars and you're cool with it. You also need to take good care of the wound. Don't smile too widely or move your mouth too much. Do it when you can take care of it strictly.
