The director was kind and explained things in a calm, detailed way. I liked that the consultation was tailored to my face instead of giving me a fixed answer. But the consultation manager and staff weren't rude, exactly, but they gave off a slightly intense vibe... I wasn't skeptical about corner-of-mouth surgery, but if I were to do it, this is probably a place worth considering overall.
