I went there after seeing the blog. There is a consultation fee, but the director's consultation lasted more than 30 minutes, so it didn't feel wasted. They were honest about the possible side effects, which made me trust them even more, and I didn't have a separate consultation with the manager, so I don't really know whether they were kind or not The director was really kind.
