I have pseudoptosis and protruding eyes. I had already heard at another clinic that I needed ptosis correction, and I heard the same from the doctor here too. They showed me the case of double eyelids without ptosis correction using a stick, and the case with ptosis correction. When I worried about overcorrection from ptosis correction, they said they would keep it at a slightly sleepy but natural eye look. Because the hollowing of the upper eyelid fat and a faint double fold were visible, they told me this was an eye that needed ptosis correction. The nurse at the desk only talked about the total cost and handled the consultation fee payment. She wasn't friendly and only did the required tasks in a stiff way.
