Both the director and the consultation manager are kind. Since it was a revision, I wrote down the points I wanted to improve, and they identified those points from my CT scan and facial photos before the consultation, which gave me a lot of confidence in them. I had been extremely stressed about my nose, but the director showed me some of the most challenging noses he had operated on and told me not to worry too much because he even operates on cases like that. They also examine the inside of the nose with an endoscope. However, because it is a revision and the cost is substantial, I plan to consider it carefully before deciding.
