I arrived on time for my appointment, but the consultation started 30 minutes late. The manager’s consultation before the director’s was very brief—about two minutes by my estimate. I went after researching forehead lifting, but I also wanted to ask about a lower-face mini lift because I wanted to eliminate my double chin. They said I did not need it at my age and should just lose more weight, so I could not ask anything further. The director’s consultation also ended rather hurriedly, which was disappointing, although he was kind. I had read reviews saying he was gentle and chic, with a slightly psycho-like vibe, like in his YouTube videos, but he was not like that at all! He felt like a friendly middle-aged man. However, he spoke rather quickly, and unlike in the YouTube videos, his pronunciation was not clear, so I could not understand much of what he said. I brought a list of questions but could not ask them properly; he seemed like a puppy that urgently needed to go to the bathroom, as if he had to get into surgery. I had high expectations, so I was disappointed in many ways. After leaving the consultation, I wanted to go home without even hearing the estimate. There were many women between middle age and old age, so they seem to come through word of mouth. The forehead-lift incision is made in five places. The price was 4 million won excluding VAT, and they said they would waive the VAT for cash payment. There was no consultation fee. Postoperative care was shampooing the day after surgery. Overall, it was a disappointing consultation.
