I went after watching YouTube, and the reservation took a month, but the consultation ended in 5 minutes. They were rude by default, and it felt like they did not see the patient as a person at all. I do not care about that kind of thing, so I had the surgery just based on it being a one-doctor clinic, word of mouth, and professionalism. The surgery went well. (Currently about 1 month + 2 weeks) But because of the forehead Botox they gave after surgery, I developed ptosis and could barely open my eyes for almost a month. It completely disrupted my daily life and I was mentally struggling. I spent a month going crazy with all kinds of thoughts: whether the surgery was wrong, whether it was really swelling, whether it was a Botox side effect, whether it was not a surgery side effect, whether they touched a muscle during surgery. When I told the hospital, the director looked at my photos and said my eye had already had ptosis and that if I did a forehead lift, ptosis could appear, basically saying it was my fault;; Before the surgery, they had already looked at my eyes and my whole face, so if they were going to say my eyes were like that now, why would I have gotten a forehead lift? The doctor should have looked and judged that. And isn't it clearly a side effect from the forehead Botox?;; There was no aftercare after the surgery, and I did not even expect them to apologize or anything like that for my eye ending up this way, but I am never going again and I will tell everyone around me never to go either. I did not even go to the follow-up appointment I had set for a month later because I did not want to see the hospital again, and normally if you do not come in they would call and ask why, but they did not even call. I will never forget the way the staff looked at me when I went there with my eye half-closed. My pupil was shaking and anyone could see it was a side effect, but they just acted indifferent as if nothing was wrong, and the hospital service was truly terrible.
