I had surgery a whopping 13 years ago, back when the clinic was still located in front of Daebaek, before it moved. Right after surgery I was so satisfied and thought it was pretty because of the swelling, but about 3 months later, as the swelling went down, my nose started to look long and the tip became a bit pointed,,, and when I smile, it turns into an arrow nose. I had a hump, but I was really satisfied that they shaved it down and did it without silicone or any implant. When I was young, I think a nose like this was still fine, but as I got older, the stress from my nose grew. The nose that made me join this community Aside from the nose being long, I was very satisfied with the shape, so I'm debating whether to remove everything or get revision surgery.
