Tip of nose + hump + osteotomy came out to 385. If I add crooked nose correction too, the estimate becomes 495. I liked that I got to consult directly with the doctor without going through the manager first. The doctor answered everything I asked, but didn't launch into a big explanation on their own. They looked at my nose, pointed out each problem one by one, and asked me about all the choices I had. The manager later told me it's a clinic with reliable aftercare, and the doctor also seemed very confident about the surgery.
