The consultation with the director was very unpleasant..! The waiting time was much longer than the actual consultation time. It felt like I only had a 5-minute consultation. The manager had me fill out the intake form in detail, then tried to hear everything again verbally, and once it seemed like I wouldn't have surgery here, their attitude changed completely; haha
