The director is kind. They said my case wasn't difficult, but during the consultation they only looked at the tablet PC, so I wondered whether they were actually listening to the patient. When the chief nurse asked about the parts the patient was worried about during the consultation, she looked blunt and made an expression like she thought it was absurd, which made me feel bad.
