My monolids had loosened several times, so I went looking to get a revision with incisional surgery. I visited after a friend's recommendation and had a consultation, but the doctor strongly pursues an extremely natural look and a conservative approach, so he politely expressed how difficult my eyes were, saying that if I did an embedding method, it would probably loosen again, but incision carries a lot of risk... Looking at my friend's eyes, the embedding method really looks very natural, so I recommend it if your eyes can be done with embedding only. My eyes are extreme, so in the end I'm going somewhere else for incisional surgery...
