There was no consultation fee, and the facilities are old. The doctor is kind and explains things well, but somehow it felt like they were reciting something memorized. They showed me a paper too, saying they invented the double-crease technique. It seems like they pursue a natural line, and I think they might be in their 50s or 60s. My eyes are extremely difficult, so I couldn't easily make a decision.
