The doctor was very calm and firm, clearly distinguished what could and could not be done, and kindly answered every question I asked, which I liked. But when he designed the line, he drew a look that was bolder and deeper than the line I had imagined, so I was a little taken aback. Still, he explained everything in detail, and the consultation manager was also kind.
