I found this place while searching online because it was said to be famous for revision surgery, and since the community ratings were also good, I went there, but it was a very disappointing clinic. If you look at my previous review, you’ll see that I’m usually very generous with star ratings^^ Other people’s reviews said they were kind, but I did not feel that at all. Maybe because the doctor’s pride is too high, but I felt like he was being sarcastic when he spoke. Looking at other reviews, I wondered if he was in a bad mood when I went there Anyway, I don’t know... It was confusing because he seemed like a completely different person from the reviews I had read. The consultation fee was 10,000 won... I’m paying my own money to have surgery, but it felt like he was saying, “I’m doing you a favor once.” He said things like: what other hospitals say is all sugar-coated lies and just for attracting customers. Don’t be fooled by that. He seemed very into himself, like “I’m the one speaking blunt truths” and “I’m the one who judges things冷静ly.” But after going to many places, I’ve never seen another place that did consultations like this, even among one-doctor eye-specialist clinics. Most places consulted with me to realize my needs, but here it felt like the conclusion was already decided and they were just telling me to do that. (The director here seems to have tastes that are a bit different from current trends.) I had already been to 3 or 4 places before coming, so I asked about various things based on those experiences... When this comes up, some doctors explain the surgical method in great detail, while others act like, “What do you know?” and this place strongly felt like the latter. Thanks to that, I was shocked and am now going to more than 10 consultations. After the consultation here, I kept wondering if I was the one at fault, if I had misunderstood, if all the earlier places really were lying just to attract customers. I was so confused that I started going around everywhere I could, and now that I’ve built up a lot of consultation experience, I’ve come to understand my eyes better, so in that sense I think it was a good experience. The clinic facilities were not as modern as other places, and the manager was truly very kind. No deposit pressure.
