I had the tip cartilage tied up 10 years ago. My nasal tip was split like Park Shin-hye's, so I thought just tying that up would be enough, but since the tip was bulky, they said they would remove some tissue too, so I agreed. But maybe they removed too much tissue on one side, because now it looks like a crooked nose, and one side looks pinched.
