I went alone for a consultation when I was very young, and the person consulting me threatened the deposit, saying I couldn't get the discount if I didn't sign now. On the day of surgery, it was scheduled for the morning, but the surgery got delayed so much that I ended up having it almost in the evening, stayed one night, and then went home. The result seems just okay and ordinary.
