I was initially told that the price was 5 million won including VAT, but at payment time they said it was 5 million won only if paying in cash, so I just paid 5.5 million won by card. After the surgery, I wore the bandage for about 3 days and then took it off. They said they removed the stitches from the right cheek area at the clinic, so I asked them to double-check and got confirmation that the stitches had been removed. But then, two weeks later, a family medicine clinic found that stitches were still left in and removed them.
