I had it done a long time ago, and even back then the exterior was old, so most of the consultation was with the manager, and the director only spent about 3 minutes checking the line before moving ahead with surgery at the event cash price. Honestly, you can't expect much in terms of friendliness or facilities, but the result came out exactly as I wanted, without looking obvious, and I am satisfied.
