Since I couldn't consult with the doctor, I can't evaluate the kindness or expertise. I consulted with the manager, and if I booked the surgery, I could consult with the doctor on the day of surgery. Since the consultations were all very short, honestly I couldn't really tell how kind they were.. I hope you get consulted at a clinic where you can have enough time with the doctor.
