I had nose surgery + paranasal augmentation here, and later got revision surgery somewhere else. It just felt like they roughly shaved down silicone and put ear cartilage on top, and the director has zero aesthetic sense... The nose is not pretty at all, it just feels like they raised the bridge, and after a little time passes the whole nose drops and the cartilage becomes visible. The paranasal area ended up uneven back then, so I still have a nasolabial fold on only one side. It's amazing that they are still practicing.
