I had my first eye surgery here 3 years ago with a student ID discount, but from right after the surgery the line was uneven, and in the end the result was uneven too. When the stitches were removed, I said I wanted to consult with the doctor, but they flatly refused and told me to come back after the swelling went down... At the time I only consulted and had surgery at this one place, and because the asymmetry was severe I had another eye revision surgery. The doctor and the consultation manager were both rude.
