I had fat grafting done, and they made me a bone line like a large-volume case. I paid extra on purpose to have the representative surgeon do it, but the representative surgeon wasn't in the operating room and some young doctor was there instead... The result was a flat butt shape, sunken thighs, and huge scars, and it's been 5 years since the surgery, and I'm spending so much money trying to erase the scars... Honestly, I did get bone-like lines, but I wouldn't recommend it. A hospital with very clear gains and losses
